Automated WordPress Article Generator
5-layer quality control, AI-powered writing, and client approval workflows — every article ready to publish without touching a keyboard.
Scaling content without scaling headcount.
The client needed a steady stream of high-quality WordPress articles to maintain SEO authority and feed their content calendar — but hiring writers for every topic wasn't viable. Manual drafting was slow, inconsistent in quality, and required constant back-and-forth with stakeholders before anything went live.
Each article took 3–5 hours of human time — research, drafting, editing, approval, and publishing — with no way to scale that without proportional cost.
A fully automated pipeline from brief to published post.
I built a Make.com workflow that takes a content brief and produces a reviewed, approved, published article — with five quality gates built in.
A new row in the content calendar triggers the pipeline. Topic, target keyword, and tone are captured — no developer required to start a run.
A multi-step prompt chain produces an outline, then expands each section. Five quality checks — readability, keyword density, tone, length, structure — run sequentially before passing it forward.
The draft is emailed to the client for approval with a one-click approve/revise link. No chasing — the system waits and handles both outcomes.
On approval, Make.com pushes the article directly to WordPress as a draft or live post — including title, body, categories, and featured image metadata.
